Heather Workinger Midgley Headshot

Heather Workinger Midgley is the Senior Academic Advisor for Undergraduate Studies. In this role she advises first- through fifth-year undergraduate students. She assists students with registration, scheduling, academic audits, degree progress, minors, transfer credits, academic actions and study abroad. She also gives guidance on school and university resources and policies.

Heather advises the Architecture Peer Mentors (APM) program and the Undergraduate Architecture Student Advisory Council (SAC). She serves on the CMU Study Abroad Advisory Council, the College of Fine Arts Academic Advisory Council and the school’s Safe Space Committee.

In the fall and spring semesters Heather teaches First-Year Seminar, a course designed to support student transition into the CMU and school community.
