The following resources are available to support the work, research and teaching activities of Carnegie Mellon Architecture faculty and staff. The main point of contact for each area is included in each section.
Finance Admin Resources
Business Manager & Assistant Head
Finance Admin Request Form includes purchasing request, PCard receipts validation, expense reimbursement, and guest support services (honorarium, expenses and travel arrangements)
Book Travel directly through the University supplier (contact Dave Koltas to add the school's travel card to your account before booking or for group travel). You can also pay for travel personally and submit the expense for reimbursement through the "Finance Admin Request Form."

Student Hiring Process FAQs answers frequently asked questions about the new student hiring process
Student Hiring Schedule / Calendar outlines the schedule for creating jobs, hiring, etc.
Student Job Descriptions Form is used by faculty and staff to propose a new student job (TA, RA, SA, Lab/Shop Monitor). The email receipt can be used to edit the job ad if needed. If approved, the position is posted to the job board.
- Student Hiring Choices: Beginning in the fall 2025 semester, the hiring choices form will be emailed to each job supervisor to submit their selections in ranked order.

- Confirm the availability of the meeting/event time and room on the Calendars page.
- Submit the room reservation:
- To reserve an Architecture room: Submit the request at least five (5) business days in advance. You will receive a Google calendar invite when your reservation is confirmed. Wait for confirmation before notifying attendees or promoting your meeting/event.
Room Reservation Request Form - To reserve the MMCH 415 IW Conference Room: Email Vivian Loftness and Azadeh Sawyer.
- To reserve the CFA 106A Conference Room: Email Amy Kapp at least two (2) full business days in advance.
- To reserve a CMU Room: Use Carnegie Mellon’s room reservation system.
