
Bea Spolidoro

Bea Spolidoro, RA, WELL AP, an Italian architect in Pittsburgh, pursued new design frontiers after earning her Master in Architecture at Politecnico of Milano. In 2019, she became a Principal and CEO of Fisher ARCHitecture, joining forces with her husband Eric Fisher. She has been actively involved in the American Institute of Architects (AIA) at local, state and national levels, serving as the 2022 President of AIA Pittsburgh.
Committed to mentoring emerging professionals, Bea is a vocal advocate for design’s impact on daily life, regularly teaching and presenting on architecture-related topics. Her passion extends to crafting sustainable, health-focused environments, emphasizing that effective design should enhance both physical and mental well-being. Approachable and dedicated, Bea is always eager to talk about design and the profession of architecture.

We may learn to develop architecture that enriches the context from which it arises by conceptually recognizing the built/natural environment as a complex web of interacting parts constantly exchanging energy and resources.
